Here’s how it works.
When you spend on products or services, you earn 5% back in points.
When it’s time to redeem, 1 point = $1.00.
Refer a friend and earn 5 points.
Earn double points on your Birthday.
Lookout for announcements for Double-Point Days to earn even more points.
The Loyalty Rewards Program Rules & Regulations
Loyalty points are nontransferable and are for use by members only. Not redeemable for cash and nonrefundable. The Green Aloe Spa has the right to discontinue or change the loyalty program at any time.
Rewards are redeemable after 5 points have been earned.
Points are accrued on purchases of products and services but are only redeemable on services only. (i.e. not redeemable on products)
Points are accrued on purchases of Gift Certificate/Gift Card and may not be redeemed to purchase a gift card. Points will not be accrued when redeeming Gift Certificate/Gift Card.
Points will be awarded at checkout. When you refer a friend, points will be awarded after your friend has checked out.
Our system tracks the points you’ve earned. You can check your balance by asking the front desk or looking at your receipt at checkout.
Points will expire after 12 months/1 year. No credit or refunds will be given for unused points at the time of expiration.
